The Service

MagiLearn OS is a training and learning platform. Your organization (the workspace owner) subscribes on behalf of its members and controls who has access, what content exists, and how learning is assigned.

Your Content Stays Yours

Content uploaded to a workspace — videos, documents, SOPs, courses — remains the property of the workspace owner. We process it solely to provide the service and never use it to serve other customers or to train shared AI models.

Acceptable Use

Workspaces may not be used to distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, attempt to access other tenants' data, or probe or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that put other customers' data or service stability at risk.

AI Features

AI features generate drafts and answers from your workspace's approved content. Outputs may contain errors; a human in your organization is responsible for reviewing AI drafts before publishing them to learners. AI answers include source citations so they can be verified.

Availability And Changes

We operate the service with commercially reasonable care and may improve or modify features over time. Material changes that reduce functionality for your plan are announced in advance. Scheduled maintenance is communicated to workspace administrators.

Termination

Workspace owners may export their data and terminate at any time. On termination we delete workspace data after a grace period, except records we must keep to meet legal obligations.
