MagiLearn OS is a training platform used by companies to train and certify their teams. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your personal data.

What We Collect

Account data (name, work email, role), learning records (course progress, quiz results, certificates, observation sign-offs, policy acknowledgements) and content your workspace administrators upload. We collect what is needed to run training — nothing more.

How We Use It

Personal data is processed for training purposes only: delivering assigned learning, verifying and certifying skills, and giving workspace administrators the compliance reporting they are responsible for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models for other customers.

AI Processing

When your workspace uses AI features, questions are answered only from your workspace's approved content, scoped to what the asking person may access. AI-generated drafts are reviewed by humans in your organization before publication.

Isolation And Security

Every record is isolated per workspace (tenant) and every query enforces that isolation. Permissions are enforced at the data layer, sensitive actions are audit-logged, and secrets are managed outside the codebase. See the Security page for the full set of practices.

Your Rights (PDPA-Aligned)

You may request a copy of your personal data or its erasure. Export and erasure are built into the product — your workspace administrator can action requests directly, and erasure anonymizes personal identifiers while preserving the aggregate records your employer must retain.

Retention And Contact

Learning records are retained while your workspace subscription is active and per your employer's retention policy; deactivated accounts lose all access immediately. For privacy questions or requests, reach us via the contact page — we respond within one business day.
