Pricing Questions
What counts as a seat?
An active or invited person in your workspace. Deactivated people free their seat immediately and their learning history is preserved.
How do franchise locations get billed?
S$49 per month per active location portal. Each includes 10 external seats for that franchisee's team; extra external seats are S$2 per seat per month.
What happens if we hit our AI allowance?
The assistant keeps working in extractive mode (search + citations without generation), and admins can add a top-up pack of 1,000 requests for S$50. We never bill overage automatically.
Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
No setup fee. Annual plans are pay-per-year with two months free versus monthly; monthly plans cancel anytime.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in Singapore dollars and exclude GST where applicable.
