Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial includes every feature of every plan, with no credit card and no auto-conversion — when it ends, the workspace pauses and nothing is deleted for 60 days.
Is the content we upload during a demo or trial safe?
Yes. Trial workspaces get the same tenant isolation and data-layer permissions as paid ones, and your content is never used to train AI models. The security page explains the architecture.
We're not technical — how much setup is involved?
If you can upload a file, you can build a course. Most teams run their first course within a day; the optional launch service (S$800, one-time) does the initial setup with you if you'd rather hand it over.
