How is coaching quality actually assessed?
By watching a class. Head coaches run observation checklists against your coaching standard while the class happens, and sign off digitally. Passing the checklist — not finishing a video — is what completes the coach's certification.
Can every branch teach the exact same curriculum?
Yes. The curriculum lives as versioned courses scoped by branch, so everyone teaches from the same approved version. A syllabus update re-triggers certification, and dashboards show which branches have caught up.
Do part-time coaches count as seats?
Every active coach is a seat; deactivating one frees the seat immediately and preserves their training history. Per-user pricing on the Business tier means a smaller off-peak roster costs less that same month.
