We ran teacher certification, sales training and franchise onboarding across an education group — and hit the same three walls in every LMS we tried. So we built the tool we needed.
MagiLearn OS started inside a real training operation: certifying teachers, onboarding franchise partners, keeping service standards alive across locations. We tried the usual platforms and kept hitting the same three walls.
The Three Walls
- Everyone-sees-everything: enterprise LMS access models assume one company, one audience. Franchisees seeing HQ pricing decks is not a feature.
- Completion theatre: dashboards full of green checkmarks, floors full of unverified skills. No observation layer, no expiry, no recertification.
- Bolted-on AI: chatbots that answered from the open internet with no citations — unusable the first time one invented a refund policy.
What We Did Differently
We made access scope a property of every course (enforced in the library, search, AI retrieval and recommendations — not just hidden buttons), verification a first-class ledger with expiry, and AI a closed-retrieval assistant that cites its sources or declines to answer. Training platform only: no HR modules, no shift rosters, no payroll.
We run our own business on it every day. That is the product's real roadmap: whatever breaks in our operations gets fixed for every customer.
